Service Tutorials

Liyu provides a comprehensive after-sales service system with a seven-level maintenance structure: W10, W20, W30, W40, W50, W60, and W70. The overhaul cycle for our units (W70) is 48,000 hours, based on an annual operating time of 8,000 hours.

We classify maintenance qualifications into three levels: CC1 (W10-W40 stage work), CC2 (W10-W50 work), and CC3 (W10-W70 work). This structured approach allows us to implement targeted maintenance plans that enhance both efficiency and accuracy.

For specific CC1 level maintenance tasks, we offer video guidance to assist users. For example, lubricating oil and antifreeze should be replaced if they exceed the allowable limits as per technical standards.
