    Position Title: International Project Manager

    Job Responsibilities:
    • Lead and manage international projects in line with company standards and protocols.
    • Plan, organize, coordinate, and control all phases of project implementation, ensuring adherence to contract goals.
    • Oversee project management tasks, including contract administration and acceptance.
    • Handle external coordination and public relations for the project.
    • Perform additional duties as assigned by the company.

    Job Requirements:
    • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Environmental Protection, Chemical Engineering, Gas, Steel, Power, or a related field.
    • Certification as a Second-Level Construction Engineer or Intermediate Engineer, or higher.
    • Familiarity with construction technologies in gas, electricity, and related sectors; experience in managing international projects; knowledge of regional laws and customs, particularly in regions like South Africa.
    • Expertise in construction standards and specifications for power and electromechanical industries; ability to interpret civil, electrical, and electromechanical installation drawings.
    • Strong analytical skills, effective execution and coordination abilities, and excellent communication, judgment, and presentation skills.
    • Willingness to travel internationally.

    Position Title: Safety and Quality Manager

    Job Responsibilities:
    • Oversee and manage safety and quality across projects within the Project Management Center.
    • Develop and implement the company's construction quality and safety management system, ensuring full adherence by project managers and construction teams.
    • Conduct regular safety training and workshops on technical knowledge and regulations for all projects under your jurisdiction.
    • Review and approve safety and quality plans from construction units, and oversee detailed safety briefings.
    • Perform routine and unscheduled inspections, analyze findings, issue corrective action notices, and ensure timely implementation and acceptance of corrective measures.
    • Report on incidents and participate in accident investigations, maintaining transparency and adherence to the “four no-pass” rule for quality and safety incidents.
    • Anticipate and mitigate potential hazards, conduct accident investigations, perform safety research, and develop safety management systems and emergency plans.

    Job Responsibilities:
    • Execute the company’s international sales strategy to promote and sell gas generator sets in global markets.
    • Collect and report on international market project information promptly.

    Job Requirements:

    Position Title: Technical Specialist - Reserve Operations
     
    Job Responsibilities:
    • Implement and manage safety operations, inspections, maintenance, and upkeep for all equipment across power stations, ensuring optimal condition and safe operation.
    • Conduct comprehensive equipment safety inspections and oversee maintenance, ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols, including the "two tickets and three systems" and other relevant regulations.
    • Enforce quality standards and process measures to optimize the use of labor and materials, minimize waste, and maintain high-quality work.
    • Adhere to maintenance and inspection standards, monitor equipment performance, address defects and safety hazards, and enhance overall equipment efficiency.
    • Maintain detailed records of all maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs. Use this data to refine maintenance processes and reduce equipment failures.
    • Oversee the maintenance and management of departmental inspection tools.
    • Participate in training programs covering safety regulations, maintenance practices, equipment operation, technical upgrades, and emergency response for power station personnel.

    Job Requirements:
    • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Energy and Power Engineering, Mechanical Design and Manufacturing, Automation, Mechatronics, or Process Equipment and Control Engineering.
    • 2-3 years of relevant experience in equipment maintenance and inspection, preferably within thermal power generation. High and low voltage electrician certificates and high voltage grid access certificates are preferred. Outstanding recent graduates may also be considered.
    • Familiarity with the installation, commissioning, daily inspection, maintenance, technical upgrades, and repair of electromechanical equipment in power plants.
    • Strong communication, organizational, and coordination skills, along with effective written and verbal abilities.
    • High level of responsibility, integrity, good health, team spirit, and a professional, service-oriented mindset.
    • Ability to travel for business as required.
