1. Outdoor Placement - Saving Costs

The container walls and roof are made of 1.6mm corrugated steel plates, providing high structural strength and excellent sealing.


By using full-welding and grinding techniques combined with high-quality sealing strips, we ensure a tight seal that meets the long-term outdoor operational needs of the generator.


This allows the unit to be placed outdoors without the need for constructing a building, greatly reducing investment costs for factory construction.


2. Short Construction Period - Saving Time

Traditional power plant units require at least 260 days for the construction of the machine room, piping systems, installation, and debugging.


In contrast, the Liyu containerized generator requires only 100 days for steel platform construction, piping, unit installation, and commissioning.


This saves nearly two-thirds of the construction time, enabling earlier electricity generation and lowering installation costs.


3. Easy Installation and Commissioning - Saving Effort

The container is highly integrated, featuring a complete package that includes core power systems, electrical control, gas supply, ventilation, noise reduction, temperature control, exhaust emissions, lubrication oil replenishment, and fire alarm systems.


With the skid-mounted design, the entire unit is pre-assembled and ready for quick installation.


Once the system is connected to the gas supply, it’s ready to generate power—simple, convenient, and labor-saving.


4. Highly Integrated - Saving Space

The highly integrated design offers a compact structure.


The entire container measures 14 meters in length, 3 meters in width, and 3 meters in height, occupying minimal space and saving land costs for the power plant.


The container’s top is equipped with hanging rails, and the engine’s sides offer reserved space for maintenance, making daily maintenance and repairs more convenient.

5. Safe, Environmentally Friendly, and Worry-Free

The container’s soundproof layer uses high-quality 60K sound-absorbing rock wool, and the inner panels are made of 1.0mm galvanized perforated plates.


With excellent soundproofing and fire-resistant properties, the unit produces noise levels of ≤85 dBA at 1 meter from the exterior when running at full load.


The ultra-quiet design ensures a safe, environmentally friendly, and worry-free operation.


6. Easy Transportation and Mobility - Convenient

The container is a standard 45-foot high cube, which can be transported directly using a 17.5-meter flatbed truck.


This avoids restrictions on height and width during transportation, making the unit easy to move and transport.


7. Flexible and Efficient

Each containerized power generation unit functions as a small 1–2 MW skid-mounted energy station.


Multiple small energy stations can be combined into a large power plant, with flexibility in configuration based on gas supply and actual load requirements.


With one-click start/stop functionality, the number of operating units can be adjusted flexibly, allowing the power plant to scale up or down while maintaining efficient and stable operation.
