Green Development and Strategic Initiatives

Africa remains a key strategic partner for China, with both sides poised to launch the "Ten Partnership Initiatives," including 30 clean energy projects under the Green Development Partnership. Over the next three years, China will provide RMB 360 billion in funding support, including RMB 210 billion in loans, RMB 80 billion in various aid, and encourage at least RMB 70 billion in Chinese enterprise investment in Africa. African countries are also encouraged to issue "Panda Bonds" in China, ensuring robust financial backing for Chinese companies like Liyu to expand their African presence.

Chairman Wang Yuefeng emphasized Liyu Group’s readiness to collaborate with local governments, major energy enterprises, and Chinese companies operating abroad. With three decades of experience as a leading manufacturer and full-industry-chain operator in gas power generation, Liyu is committed to participating in the Belt and Road Initiative and contributing to the China-Africa Community with a Shared Future by delivering green electricity to light up Africa.
